All prospective students must file an Application for Admission Form along with proof of graduation from a High School program or equivalent. Proof must include copy of Diploma and copy of transcripts indicating courses taken and grades received.

Transferring Students

Credits earned from previous education at another educational institution may be transferred to the permanent record of students registered at UTH Florida University subject to the limitations detailed below.

A student must request an official transcript from that institution to be sent directly to the Registrar’s Office. Once the transcripts are received, they will be evaluated by the Academic Director or designee. Approval will be given for the number of credit hours already completed, based on the equivalency with the course associated with the student’s academic program.

The maximum percentage of the course credits required that may be accepted as transferred credits is 60% for any undergraduate degree program and 40% for any graduate degree program. No credits will be granted for academic courses that received a grade lower than a “C”.

Admissions Application

The procedure is simple. Click on the button and fill the Application for Admission. Once completed follow the steps below:

1. Print the Admissions Application and the Enrollment Contract
2. Sign both documents and send them to the Admissions Department via upload on the page or using email. Please follow the instructions on this site.
3. Following the instructions on the site; send a copy of your high school diploma if applying for a Bachelor program or copy of your college degree(s) if applying for a Master program.
4. An official copy of your academic transcripts issued by the schools or colleges attended is also required.

Once all the documents are completed, the Admissions Committee will review them and notify its decision via email.

Upon approvaal, the student will be notified about the steps needed to complete enrollment and registration in the appropriate courses.
